Now I’ve misplaced where I found this so I’ll be back to update when I find it again, but this is a truly great way to create an all-natural fruit treat for the kids. The creator notes that they come out greenish and do not oxidise and turn brown (as the feijoa so easily does). Easy enough for the kids to make themselves as well.
FEIJOA ICE BLOCKS
- Get your child’s iceblock tray ready.
- Cut feijoas in half, spoon contents into iceblock mould, fill, put on lid with stick.
- Fill all sections, put in freezer.
