- half a lime, in wedges
- 3 large mint leaves
- 3 parts blended feijoa pulp / feijoa smoothie in the off season
- 2 parts white rum
- soda water to top up
- Muddle lime and mint in the bottom of a highball glass. Almost fill glass with ice, then add the rum and feijoa.
- Top up with soda water and (this is important) drink through a straw.
