She describes it as zingy and versatile, fantastic served with steak, fish, chicken and potato wedges, or great in rolls with cheese. Make an hour or two ahead for full flavour.
- 3 feijoas, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- freshly ground black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together.
